You will have two options when you are about to checkout, the first one is that you pay 50%, up front & second one is that you have to pay the full amount so you will choose one and checkout!
On the 50% one that simply means you will pay 50% upfront and the rest during the delivery. If you don’t afford paying off the remaining balance we will discuss with you the repayment/instalment plan after the delivery has been done. You will have 1 Year to finish paying off the balance.

If you own the unit please send us a WhatsApp message and we will add you on a WhatsApp group with existing owners of Vicud Energy units. Our support agents too can also assist too if you need help, but the installers will help you with everything when installing the unit & battery! Setting up for normal usage is just simple plug & play.

Our repayment plan is simple. No need for stressful application forms!
You simply place an order online and then pay 50% upfront deposit. Then we will arrange delivery date. After the delivery has been done the delivery person will give you paperwork to sign on your site. The important thing is to finish paying off the unit within 12 months!
The good thing about this is that you will be paying off the unit while you are using it!

The 50% upfront deposit plays a vital role in protecting our business. We’ve been operating for some-time, and in the past, we experimented with cash on delivery without any deposit. Unfortunately, this approach didn’t work well for our business. Often, when it came time for the delivery and payment, customers would provide various excuses. Some claimed they didn’t have the money, others changed their minds, and a few even became unresponsive or unreachable. The range of excuses seemed endless.
Hence, we introduced the deposit option to cater to serious buyers who are committed to their purchases and ensure a smooth transaction process.
